12 Days of Christmas 2022 Terms and Conditions

 

 

1. The competition giveaway will be hosted on the Johnstone’s Decorating Centre Facebook page every day from Thursday 1^st December to Monday 12^th December 2022. 
2. The giveaway is open to UK residents, excluding employees of the promoter or any of its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this activity.
3. No purchase is necessary for entry.
4. To take part, Facebook users must like the Facebook posts and tag a friend on each post. Users can only tag one friend per comments but they can comment as many times as they like.
5. All eligible entries on each daily post will be added into the draw, with one winner selected each day e.g. all eligible entries on the Thursday 1^st December post will be in with a chance of winning that day’s prize only and not any subsequent day’s prizes
6. There will be 1 prize to be won on each of the 12 days;

• Friday 2^nd December – 10 litres Johnstone’s Trade Jonmat Premium Contract Matt Brilliant White

7. The winners will be contacted via Facebook by Johnstone’s Decorating Centre and prizes will be available for collection from the Johnstone’s Decorating Centre specified by the winner.

8. No cash alternative is available.

9.The prize draws will take place daily, within the seven days from when the daily post was published. The winning entrants will be notified within 72 hours of the prize draw via the Facebook account that the winning comment was posted from.

10.In the event that the promoter cannot contact a winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so, it reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to award the prize to a substitute winner. The promoter will not be responsible for any inability of any winners to take up their specified prize.

11.The prize will be sent to the Johnstone’s Decorating Centre specified by the winner.

12.In the event that a winner has failed to pay any sums owed to the promoter within the promoter’s contractually agreed payment terms, the promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify or withdraw the prize.

13.Details provided by the winners will be deleted once the prizes have been sent and will not be used for future marketing purposes.

14.This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

15.Winners may be asked to take part in publicity and by claiming the prize, winners are accepting to take part in any publicity requested by the promoter.

16.The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.

17.The promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in any manner deemed to be disruptive to the competition.

18.The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

19.This promotion is governed by English Law.
